Informational journal, not a marketplace
System Pathcore publishes Marvel NFT comic market history for informational and record-keeping purposes. Asking prices, drop dates, and conversion notes are observations. They are not offers to buy or sell collectibles, cryptocurrency, or any other asset.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and original graphics belong to System Pathcore except where a third-party licence applies. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. Materials appear for informational and review purposes only. You may not copy our chronicles for republication without written permission obtained by email.
Compatibility claims
References to Veve describe a third-party venue where Marvel-themed NFT comics are commonly listed. References to Binance describe a third-party venue some readers already use for conversion rates in their own ledgers. Compatibility language does not mean ownership, endorsement, partnership, or certification. System Pathcore does not operate those services.
Third-party services and external links
Links, including the “Get it from Veve” control that navigates to https://veve.me, send you to sites we do not control. Their terms apply when you arrive. We are not responsible for their listings, availability, or account rules.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, System Pathcore is not liable for decisions you make after reading a chronicle, for losses tied to collectible or crypto price movement, or for downtime of this static website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that English law does not allow to be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
No funds handling
The optional local data tracking utility described on this site does not hold, custody, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, and does not execute transactions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, being the governing law of GB applicable to our Bristol establishment. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts as applicable law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
