System Pathcore does not sell downloadable software, collectible comics, or marketplace credits through this website. There is no checkout. This policy applies when you commission writing by telephone or email and pay according to that private arrangement.
Before drafting
If you cancel before we have begun reading sources or writing, any sum already received for that commission is returned in full by the same method you used to pay, usually within fourteen days.
After drafting has started
If you cancel once drafting has started, we invoice for hours already spent checking listings and writing, at the rate agreed in the email confirmation, and return any unused remainder. A finished drop-day chronicle, variant note, secondary-market journal, character-line history, or quarterly recap that you have accepted in writing is not refundable merely because later asking prices moved.
Dissatisfaction with factual dates
If a delivered piece contains a wrong drop window or misquotes public listing text that you can show us, we correct the file at no extra fee. That correction is the remedy. It is not a route to unwind a completed history because the market later cooled.
Optional utility
The local data tracking utility described on this site is not sold as a paid download here. A click on “Get it from Veve” is navigation to an external website, not a purchase from System Pathcore, so no refund from us can apply to Veve account activity.
